The Bridge Park Development is a $350+ million, 2.5 million square foot development in the City of Dublin, Ohio. The project includes office, restaurants, hotel, conference center, retail, grocery, parking garages, luxury apartments and for-sale condominiums in a high-density, walkable development. The developer, Crawford Hoying Development has estimated development completion date is in the Fall of 2018. The City of Dublin has allocated over $100 million to their Capital Improvement Plan that will benefit the entire Bridge Park Project. Included in the Capital Improvement Plan is the relocation of Riverside Drive, private road development, a world-class event park and a pedestrian bridge that will link Historic Dublin with Bridge Park.

The first phase of the 30-acre multi-phase Bridge Park neighborhood is now under construction and slated for a 4th Quarter 2016 phased completion through 2017. This phase includes a 6-level parking structure that serves the development, 81,916 SF of office space, 47,672 SF of mixed-use/retail/restaurant space and 154 multifamily units.
