The student housing complex will be comprised of one 3-story building with eighteen 2-bedroom/2-bath units and two 3-bedroom/3-bath units resulting in a total of 84 beds (students). Each unit will feature a kitchen a dining area, a living area and also will have one bathroom per bedroom. The building will include a large study/common area, laundry room and an exercise room.
