The Fairfield Inn & Suites is a 98 room hotel that will be a welcome addition to Dayton’s Water Street District sitting adjacent to Fifth Third Ballpark, The Delco Lofts and the RiverScape Pavilion. MSF was successful in arranging construction financing with a syndicate of credit unions.
