Equity and senior debt structured to facilitate the development of The Sevens, a new, nine-story mixed-use apartment building to be located at 777 North Orange Avenue in Orlando’s Uptown District. In addition to 325 market-rate apartment units, the building will offer a ninth-floor clubhouse and rooftop pool deck, 9,500 square feet of ground-floor retail and integrated, covered parking.
