Bridge Park’s AC Marriott sits prominently at the northwest corner of Dublin’s Riverside Drive and Route 161/33 roundabout acting as the gateway to the transcendent mixed-use development. The AC features 150 rooms with modern and luxury design elements along with an 8,000 square foot rooftop bar overlooking Historic Dublin and the surrounding area. MSF Real Estate Capital arranged the construction debt and, most recently the permanent debt with a community bank.
