MSF Real Estate Capital, Inc. is pleased to announce the successful arrangement of financing for a multifamily acquisition and renovation project with a community bank for sponsor RiverWest Partners. RiverWest purchased the building, Austin Manor, from Ohio Wesleyan University. Austin Manor is a 62-unit multifamily building listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The building was built as an Ohio Wesleyan residence hall in 1923 and was converted to market-rate apartments in the 1980s. The building is located within walking distance of downtown Delaware and is adjacent to Ohio Wesleyan’s campus.
