MSF Real Estate Capital successfully arranged the construction financing for Bridge Park’s latest expansion through a syndicate of four banks. D-Block will become the northernmost portion of Bridge Park located directly on Riverside Drive and will feature four separate buildings. In total, D-Block will consist of 142 luxury apartment units, 43 for-sale condo units, 99,000 square feet of office space and 45,000 square feet of restaurant/retail space. The North Market, Columbus’ historic and authentic public market, has committed to opening up a Bridge Park location within D-Block. The loan was originated by Chad Kiner – Senior Vice President.
