MSF is pleased to announce the successful refinancing of Keystone Place at Buzzards Bay, a recently-built 106-unit independent living, assisted living and memory care community. The property is located in Bourne, Massachusetts, approximately 60 miles south of Boston, and is owned and operated by affiliates of Keystone Senior Living. The $27.5 million Fannie Mae DUS loan provided by JLL refinanced the property’s construction loan and returned a portion of the equity to the sponsors. The loan featured a long-term, fixed-rate, non-recourse structure with three years of interest-only. Senior Vice President Scott Moore led the financing on behalf of MSF. “We were pleased to help Keystone exit its construction financing and to provide capital for the company’s continued growth.” said Moore. “This was the smoothest and most efficient refinance we have experienced. The team of MSF and JLL executed an early rate-lock, delivered terms as promised and closed much faster than we are accustomed to.
