MSF Real Estate Capital successfully arranged the acquisition financing for ProPath Headquarters and Laboratory – an 84,909 square foot medical office and laboratory development located 4 miles northwest of the Dallas, Texas CBD – with a Life Insurance Company. The financing provided the Sponsor acquisition and renovation proceeds for the ideally located, single-tenant medical facility. The loan was originated by Scott Moore – Senior Vice President.
