The Bridge Park Condominium Project is located at the north end of historic downtown Dublin. The project will be developed with three connected structures, including a 42-unit condominium structure, a commercial building to feature space for office and retail/restaurant, and a parking structure. The commercial space will include 14,636 square feet of office, 1,100 square feet of retail, 12,906 square feet of restaurant space and a 300+ space parking garage.
