This growth was accomplished by continually emphasizing on increasing and strengthening our lender relationships. We have expanded our marketing and customer service efforts, bringing on quality personnel, and adopting cutting-edge lending and servicing technologies.

MSF has clients with assets in 22 states, and many of our relationships have developed over 10, 15, 30 or even 35 years. Instead of engaging in one-off transactions, it’s important to us that we build relationships. We follow our clients across geographies to serve them wherever they need us. MSF integrates into our clients’ businesses from day one through post-closing, communicating their stories and serving as an extension of their own teams.
Our headquarters are located in Columbus, Ohio. From there we can easily travel to meet our clients where they need us.

Our leadership regularly gives back to the community through various charities. We also provide industry education, lecturing for the Mortgage Bankers of America and for the MBA Real Estate Finance classes at The Ohio State University.
