MSF Real Estate Capital arranged acquisition financing for 15 West Cherry – one of the few remaining vacant buildings in Columbus, Ohio’s rapidly resurgent RiverSouth neighborhood. Originally built in the 1950s, the building will now be home to a raw, industrial-style retail and office experience featuring 14-foot ceilings, operable glass garage bay doors, a rooftop patio and painted murals by local artists.
