Bridge Park is a transformative, mixed-use development that includes apartments, condos, restaurants, retail shops, office space and structured parking in a uniquely walkable setting along Riverside Drive, designed to complement Downtown Historic Dublin. Construction began in September 2015 and continues to this day with expected completion in 2019 to align with the City of Dublin’s public works projects. MSF Real Estate Capital, in partnership with Columbus-based developer Crawford Hoying, has exclusively arranged all aspects of Bridge Park’s financing from land acquisition and construction to permanent debt.
