MSF Real Estate Capital successfully secured permanent debt financing for the recently constructed Eastgate Medical Center – a 76,235 square foot medical office development on Cincinnati’s eastside – with a Life Insurance Company. The loan included a 12-month forward interest rate lock to eliminate interest rate risk during construction, together with additional unique loan structuring to accommodate the borrower’s requirements. Eastgate Medical Center was 100% pre-leased to five tenants with more than 75% of the space being leased to credit-rated tenants.
