MSF Real Estate Capital successfully secured permanent debt financing for the cross-collateralized self-storage portfolio – The Long Street / Avery Run Road Portfolio – with a community bank. The portfolio includes two institutional quality Tri-Village Self-Storage facilities, one located in downtown Columbus and the other off Avery Road in Dublin, that total 1,386 units. The loan was originated by A.J. Mangan – Vice President.
