One Mill Run is a nine-story, 174,300 square foot office building located in Hilliard, Ohio. The refinance included the concurrent approval of a PACE loan for energy efficiency improvements throughout the building.
MSF arranged the refinance for a long-time client of the firm. The new loan provided capital for improvements, return of equity and extended the fixed-rate term.
