MSF Real Estate Capital arranged a construction loan and joint-venture equity to capitalize the development of a pair of speculative distribution warehouse facilities located in the well-established Rickenbacker Airport industrial corridor. Together the buildings comprise of 539,000 SF of rentable space scheduled to be completed in April 2020.
